- Billing: Upon registration, you receive 30 credits. Standard text interviews cost 1 credit/min, real-time audio interviews cost 5 credits/min, and ThemeLens analyses cost 1 credit per 2,000 words (min. 1). Recharge anytime on the recharge page.
Tips
- Write a comprehensive interview outline and specify whether it's structured or semi-structured. Treat the outline as a training guideline for a human interviewer to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Integrate interview links with platforms like Qualtrics, MTurk, or Prolific. Encourage participants to leave their platform ID on the interview page, and include payment codes directly in your interview outline.
