The Free plan gives you 30 monthly credits to try AI tools, unlimited Surveys and Mimi bot access (10 messages/day), limited QDA Workspace (1 project without AI features), and limited Active Listening Assistant (1 project). Upgrade to Student or Researchers for more credits and full access to all tools.

Credits are the currency used within Qualitati. The cost depends on the tool: • 1 minute of text-based AI interview = 1 credit • 1 minute of audio/real-time AI interview = 5 credits • ThemeLens analysis = 1 credit per 1,000 words (minimum 1) • Voice Analysis & Manuscript Proofreader = credit-based With the Researchers plan's 1,200 monthly credits, you can conduct approximately 20 hours of standard (text) interviews.

Credits are from Pay-As-You-Go purchases — you buy them and they never expire. Member Points come with your monthly subscription and reset each billing cycle. Member Points are used first when you use any tool.

Yes! Your subscription gives you Member Points each month. If you need more, you can always buy additional Pay-As-You-Go credits. The system uses Member Points first, then falls back to your purchased credits.

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Unused Member Points do not carry over.
